ArtBeat Stars are on and off stages, they mix arts, have poetic souls, rock n roll hearts, stage style and are all generations, with diversity in their DNA who get along because of gigs. With situationist socialism, not only do we represent the love, peace and humanity still widespread in the 21st century, but also the creative spirit that thrives in frightening times. Rocklands is an ArtBeat Department to artists, promoters, media, industry and allies that create new futures. Collaborating with bands, managers, PRs, pluggers, agents, media. We are hopefully all on the same exciting side. #NewerWave

Music industry experienced x DIY punk influenced, hence multi-talent promoting documentary, TheZineUK, being a client, and purveyors of the closest we come to board meetings (i.e. the live music socials). In Chapter 007,  we BONDed (i.e. the threads of the situationist tapestry that this story weaves, started to become increasingly entwined at the end of 2015)

So 2016 became the year that the parallel dimension of uniqulture existed alongside the world on the news. 2017 when the threads of the tapestry really started to weave together as the newer wave proved that guitars are alive. As 2018 began an influentional music movement was palpable.

Top - London music mover shakers, Cecile Ruhe and Jean Genie Graham at TheZineUK's ArtBeat Music Social in the East End on 2nd March 2017. SO many creators, performers and enablers uniting. Dronningen played that evening, Sisteray did a 15 Minutes Of Fame set, Rohan Murray performed poetry, Thomas Cameron (Planet Earth)/1403 (Planet Water) warmed up for his album release and USA tour dates while The Garage Flowers, who came into the story via gig conversations joined the party.

Jean Genie had played live at the previous social (October 2016) where Jimmy Bowman of The Glass Collectors Radio Show was in the audience with Dronningen and Rohan. That's them in the snap shot below with our friend Alysson. Jimmy has just done his first spoken word gig. Fast forward to 2018 and he part of TheZineUK team.

It's a real story where people can be in the audience one time, and at the bar/on the dance floor another. Artists supporting and recommending each other. Love in Hate fuelled days. Somebody has to document it.

It's not in the Arts or Culture sections of the broadsheet newspapers. That is a positive thing because it gives opportunity to the new writers and photographers who are making friends with the experienced talents. As per the musicians. It also means that new media can develop. The fresh faced fabness down the front and in the buzz have sparkling ambition. Print media, staging events, documenting. There is so much on.

A case in point being the top colour image. Members of the bands Careless Sons, 485C - who played that evening with Apeman Spaceman - Sabatta and Fearless Five with DJ Disco MarkY of TheZineUK's travelling circus, journalist Stephen Brolan, Jean Genie, the host that evening, photographer Sandy K. Moz and myself papped on 20th April 2017 at Vinyl Bar St Paul's by Jeff Moh.

There was a mix of audience high in musicians and industry in attendance, again, that evening, it always feels like something new is starting, because, every time, that is what happens.

The bottom image was taken on 25th May 2017. The Blinders have just headlined Good Karma Club, an excellent new-music night hosted by Abbie McCarthy of BBC Introducing, supported by 485C and Motherhood. Again, so many musicians supporting each other, loads of friends, new futures made. In this shot, I papped some of them about to have their picture taken by Jeff Moh. Members of the bands The Blinders, Paves, MOSES, 485C and their friends with Rohan and Sandy in the mix.

At time of first updating this (Sunday 28th May 2017, Sandy K. Moz is photographing Margate Wonderland, Paves are opening the main stage for The Kills, next weekend MOSES and The Blinders are playing Camden Rocks). Who knows what the election will bring, but this week has shown that music people will bring love. Of course this has to be documented. Clock all the above mentioned, they will lead you to more ones to watch.

Latest Update. April 2018 - and just wow on the story weaving. That bottom image is the last page of 2017 Part 1 in TheZineUK  picture book story now heading for 100k views. What is happening since is a total ride. You couldn't make all this up!
